 The cat was acting wild, was sick with its leg - as the owner admitted later. If she has put a collar on with telephonenumber or had the cat tattooed og chipped, they would have known it had an owner. She let the cat run around with a bad leg while she was out of the country, she also admitted she wanted to go to the vet with the cat but had no money. It is one of those situations where the owner of an animal has a very different way of taking care of it. To bad for the cat, but its the owners fault. Sad case.
