Apparently, you have no idea the amount of cats brought in every day at Danish shelters. They are not a no-kill shelter and they do not have room for all of them.

And yes, the 'why' is very much a factor. I have two cats and they are not allowed off my property, because such is the law... besides... 'GET IT????'... so mature...
