Thank goodness at we still have people in this country who are against this kind of outdated and barbaric idea of making a 12 year old who has not learnt societies rules, into a criminal. Positive role models, resources and help to get on the right track is what they need...so that they can contribute to society instead of being outlawed at the age of 12!!! Medieval and barabaric!
